Membership Application/Renewal/Update of Information

 

  • Being in the Online Database of Members
    • Being added to the online database of members is optional ... you have a chance to say yes or no while filling out the form below. Our goal is to update the online database once a month; times may vary.
  • New Memberships and Renewal of Membership
    • After submitting the form, you receive and email with all of your information enclosed. For new memberships and renewal of membership, print two copies of this email;one for your records and one to send to the Federation along with your cheque or money order.
    • Your membership or renewal won't be processed until the cheque or money order is received.
  • Membership Information Update
    • You must be a paid-up member to use this option.
    • You may update your membership at any time - let us know about any new publications or services offered as well as those vital updates of contact information.
    • Enter the revised information.

Regular dues for 2006-2007 are $65. If you are a student or a senior and this prevents you from joining at the $65 rate, you may pay $35, or the amount between $35 and $64 that you feel is appropriate.
